The minimum order quantity varies from style to style, and the number of colours used.
We can duplicate any design and match the ink colours providing you have the PMS numbers. You would need to contact Bags Plus and we can advise you further.
Yes. We use the PMS (Pantone Ink Matching System). Any PMS colours will be different if printed on a bag other than white. For example, white ink on a black bag will look grey. If you do need white ink on a black bag, please call us for advice.
We can print to within 10mm of each edge of the face of the bag in most cases and 100% coverage if a single colour is used.
We can use an EPI additive which makes plastic bags fully biodegradable. Available for printed orders only with a minimum of 3000 units.
Our standard turnaround time is 10-15 business days. However, we do offer an express option of 5 business days from artwork approval. Call to discuss options for express service.
Yes. This is called four colour process which duplicates a photographic image. Minimum order quantities apply. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
We require your artwork in one of the following formats with a resolution of at least 300dpi:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- EPS or Vector format with all fonts outlined
Please note that other formats may incur a small additional artwork charge. We will advise you if this is the case.

Since the bags you order are custom made for you, we are unable to proceed with pre-production until payment has been made.
All clients receive a digital proof for approval before going to print.
Al large volume orders are supplied at a +/- 10% variance which is adjusted pro rata post production.
Due to the many levels of production on large orders of custom printed bags we have to allow for some waste which is why you may receive +/- 10%. This only applies to custom made bags and orders over 3000 units.
No, as long as there are no changes to the design. Printing plates will deteriorate over time and therefore may have to be reproduced.
Then you only have to pay for any charges that were incurred up until the time you cancelled the order. This would include artwork, plates, printed film or bags already manufactured.
We accept the following forms of payment – EFT, visa and Mastercard.
Most local manufactured and printed orders will be dispatched within 7-10 working days from confirmation of proof and receipt of payment, unless otherwise specified. Overseas orders normally takes 6-8 weeks from confirmation of proof and receipt of deposit. Delivery may take longer depending on quantity and difficulty. We can deliver outside of Australia if required but additional charges do apply.
